Frequently Asked Questions
Arthroscopic sports surgery (ACL/meniscus/rotator cuff), joint reconstruction & replacement (hip, knee, shoulder), hand & peripheral nerve microsurgery, fracture care, osteomyelitis/infection management, and pediatric & deformity procedures.
Athletes with ligament/meniscus tears, patients with arthritis needing joint replacement, chronic shoulder pain, hand/wrist injuries, complex fractures, limb deformities, or bone infection (osteomyelitis).
Arthroscopy uses keyhole incisions and a camera for faster recovery and less pain; open surgery is reserved for complex reconstructions or when visibility is crucial.
Crutches 2–3 weeks, jogging around 8–10 weeks, pivot sports 6–9 months depending on graft type and rehab progress.
Yes. Arthroscopic repair anchors the tendon through small portals; most patients wear a sling 4–6 weeks and start guided physiotherapy early.
For advanced knee/hip/shoulder arthritis with persistent pain, stiffness, and reduced quality of life despite medication, injections, and physio.
Whenever possible we repair the tear to preserve cushioning; otherwise a partial meniscectomy is performed. Decision is based on tear pattern and vascular zone.
Yes—strategy may include debridement, targeted antibiotics, bone grafts or spacers, and staged reconstruction until infection control is confirmed.
Microsurgical repair of tendon, nerve, and vessel injuries with early-hand therapy to restore motion and sensibility while minimizing scarring.
Arthroscopy (ACL/meniscus/shoulder): 5–7 days
